Right to Cancel

To meet the cancellation deadline, ensure your communication about exercising the right to cancel is sent before the cancellation period expires.


Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will use the same payment method as your initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be incurred for this process.


Refunds Are Issued for the Following Reasons:

1. Non-Delivery of Product

In rare instances, technical issues with email providers or mail servers may prevent delivery of the product. Please check your spam or junk folder and contact us immediately if you suspect non-delivery. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our customer service department within 7 days of the order date. Failure to do so will be considered as a successful delivery and download of the product.


2. Major Defects

If the product has significant defects and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of the initial complaint, we will provide a full refund. Alternatively, a replacement product of equal or similar value may be offered based on customer preference.


3. Product Not as Described

If the product differs from its description on our website, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided in writing. Refunds for complaints based solely on false expectations will not be honored.


4. General Refund Policy

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If you request a refund, we’d appreciate your feedback on what went wrong and how we can improve.
